Inn Maid egg noodles got their start during the Great Depression in Smithville, Ohio, the heart of Amish Country. The Reining family owned and operated the Smithville Inn. Guests were very fond of their delicious egg noodles, and regularly requested some to use at home. The Reinings responded to those requests, and described the source of the noodles with the name 'Inn Maid' on the package. Inn Maid is now a leading egg noodle in Ohio and surrounding areas. Look for it in the dry egg noodles section of your supermarket.
