 While our fruit dips are great for dipping, they are not meant for making candied apples.  The Caramel Apple Dip will not harden when it cools, therefore not creating the same results as a candied apple.  Our Chocolate Dip is also not formulated to harden when it cools, so it will not work when making chocolate-covered strawberries.
