Brunch Strata
Pieces of New York Brand® Texas Garlic Toast form the bottom layer of this make-ahead strata that also calls for eggs, ham, cheese, parsley, thyme and hot sauce.

| Other Ingredients |
| 8 large eggs |
| 3 cups half and half |
| 1 teaspoon salt |
| 1/2 teaspoon black pepper |
| 1 1/4 cups diced boiled ham |
| 1 tablespoon hot sauce |
| 1/4 cup chopped flat leaf parsley |
| 1/2 teaspoon chopped thyme leaves |
| 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese |
| 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese |

Preheat oven to 425 degrees F. Arrange New York Brand Texas® Garlic Toast slices on a sheet pan and bake 7 to 10 minutes or until bread begins to brown. Cool and cut into 2 “ pieces.
Butter an 8 x 11 baking dish.
Place bread pieces in prepared baking dish.
Combine all remaining ingredients in a bowl and pour over bread pieces.
Cover and refrigerate 2 to 24 hours.
Remove strata from refrigerator 30 minutes before baking.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Cover strata with aluminum foil and bake 25 minutes. Remove foil and continue to bake 20 minutes or until center of strata is firm to touch. Top of strata should be golden brown. Allow strata to rest for 5 minutes. Serve.
