Gingerbread Cake with Lemon Cream Cheese Sauce
Top your favorite gingerbread cake with a creamy mixture of Marzetti Original Slaw Dressing, cream cheese, powdered sugar, lemon juice and half and half.

 | 1 cup Marzetti® Original Slaw Dressing |

| Other Ingredients |
| Your favorite gingerbread recipe (box or scratch) |
| 1 pkg. (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened |
| 1 cup powdered sugar |
| 4 tbsp. lemon juice |
| Zest from 1 lemon |
| 4 tbsp. half and half |

Preparation:
Make your favorite gingerbread recipe and set aside. To make the sauce, cream together the other six ingredients. Serve over warm gingerbread. Sprinkle with additional lemon zest.
