Honey Balsamic Chicken Salad
A so-yummy salad that tops mixed greens, blue cheese, pears and grapes with grilled chicken marinated in Marzetti Honey Balsamic Dressing.

 | 1 1/2 cups Marzetti® Honey Balsamic Dressing |
|
 | 1 pkg. (4.8 oz.) Marzetti's® Fruit and Nut Salad Accents |

| Other Ingredients |

| 6 Boneless-skinless chicken breasts |
| 6 cups Pre-washed, torn mixed greens |
| 3 oz. Crumbled blue cheese |
| 2 Pears, cored and cut into slices |
| 1 cup Green or red seedless grapes, rinsed |
| To taste Salt and freshly ground black pepper |

Preparation:
Arrange chicken breasts in a bowl, sprinkle with salt and pepper and toss with 1/2 cup T. Marzetti's Honey Balsamic Salad Dressing. Marinate chicken 20 minutes in refrigerator. Prepare grill to medium hot. Spray grill rack with non-stick cooking spray for the grill. Place marinated chicken breasts on rack grill 5 to 7 minutes, turn chicken and finish other side. Remove meat from grill and cool slightly. Combine remaining ingredients with 1 cup T. Marzetti's Honey Balsamic Salad Dressing and toss. Arrange mixture on individual plates. Slice each breast and place on top of salad.
