Green Bean Salad
Red onion, Feta cheese, pine nuts and Cardini's Raspberry Pomegranate Vinaigrette Dressing make this side dish extraordinary.

| Marzetti Ingredients |
 | 1/2 cup Cardini's® Raspberry Pomegranate Vinaigrette Dressing |
|
| Other Ingredients |
| 1/2 cup Chopped walnuts or pinenuts |
| 1 pound French green beans, cut into 1 1/2 inch pieces |
| 1/2 cup Thinly sliced red onion |
| 1/2 cup Feta cheese, crumbled |
| Freshly ground black pepper and salt, to taste |
| 1/3 cup Pomegranate seeds, optional |

Preparation:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Toast nuts for 5-7 minutes. Cool.
Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Add beans and cook for 5 to 7 minutes. Drain and rinse with cold water. Drain again.
Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl and gently toss together. Add Cardinis Raspberry Pomegranate Vinaigrette and gently toss to combine. Serve.
