Caramel Cashew Pie
A no-bake recipe that calls for cream cheese, Marzetti's Old Fashioned Caramel Apple Dip, cinnamon, vanilla, cashews and whipped topping chilled in a graham cracker crust.

Chill Time: 2 hours

| Marzetti Ingredients |
 | 1 1/4 cups, divided Marzetti® Old Fashioned Caramel Dip |
|
| Other Ingredients |
| 2 8 oz packages plain cream cheese, softened |
| 1/2 tsp Ground cinnamon |
| 1 tsp Vanilla extract |
| 1/2 cup Chopped cashews, plus whole cashews for garnish |
| One 9-inch prepared graham cracker pie crust |
| 2 cups Whipped topping |

Preparation:
In medium bowl, beat cream cheese with an electric mixer on medium speed until smooth. Add 1 cup of Marzetti Caramel Apple Dip, cinnamon, vanilla and chopped nuts. Fold in whipped topping. Spoon filling into a prepared pie shell. Refrigerate covered for 2 hours. At serving time, garnish with remaining 1/4 cup Marzetti Caramel Apple Dip and whole cashews. Store covered in refrigerator.
