Sweet Potato Bake
Baked sweet potatoes are mixed with butter, lime juice and Marzetti's Old Fashioned Caramel Apple Dip.
Prep Time: 15 minutes
Cook Time: 75 minutes
Serves 8-10

| Marzetti Ingredients |
| 1 cup Marzetti's® Old Fashioned Caramel Apple Dip - GLUTEN-FREE |

| Other Ingredients |
| 4 Large sweet potatoes |
| 4 tbsp Butter |
| 1/2 tsp Salt |
| Juice of 1/2 large lime |
| pecans, optional |
Preparation:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Butter a 1 to 1 1/2 quart baking dish and set aside. Pierce each potato with a fork several times. Place potatoes on a baking sheet and bake for 45 to 60 minutes, or until potatoes are very tender. Allow potatoes to cool slightly and peel.
Combine the warm potatoes, butter, salt, lime juice and Marzetti Caramel Apple Dip in a large bowl and mash by hand with a potato masher or puree with an electric hand held mixer.
Spoon mixture into a prepared baking dish and bake for 15 minutes. (For quick reheat, microwave in microwave safe container for 5 minutes.)
