Turkey Saute with Berry Balsamic Sauce
So sophisticated and so easy! Turkey tenderloins are sautéed, then served with a sauce of Marzetti Light Berry Balsamic Dressing, onions, thyme, chicken stock and fresh berries.
Prep Time: 15 minutes
Cook Time: 30 minutes
Serves 4 to 6

| Marzetti Ingredients |
| 1/2 cup Marzetti Light Berry Balsamic Dressing - NEW |
|
 |
| Other Ingredients |
| 2 tbsp Olive Oil |
| 1/2 cup Chopped onion |
| 1/2 tsp Fresh thyme leaves or 1/4 tsp dried thyme leaves |
| 1/4 tsp Freshly ground black pepper |
| 1/2 cup Chicken stock |
| 1 cup Mixed fresh or frozen berries |
| For the Turkey |
| 1.5 lbs Turkey tenderloin (2 tenderloins) |
| 3 tbsp Olive Oil |
Preparation:
Transfer tenderloins to a cutting board and cut each one into thin pieces.
Sprinkle each piece and with salt and pepper. Heat oil in skillet over medium heat; add tenderloin pieces and cook each side 3 to 5 minutes, or until they are brown and cooked thoroughly. Transfer meat to a tray and keep warm while making sauce.
For sauce, heat oil in same pan; add onions and sauté until tender. Add thyme, pepper, Marzetti Light Berry Balsamic Dressing and chicken stock, Bring all to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 3 minutes. Add berries and continue to cook an additional 2 to 3 minutes, just until berries are tender.
Serve cooked turkey slices with sauce.
